I’m Canek Bracho, head trainer at Fitness World, and current Swimmer for UBC!
I’m a certified personal trainer and have worked in rehab, strengthening and mobility with Master’s clients since 2023. My goal has always been to empower people by giving them the practical tools they need to improve their health and fitness, build strength and feel more confident.
